A company is looking for an AI Design Automation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Build systems that connect InDesign with structured data sources to automatically generate teacher guide layouts

Leverage AI tools to clean, standardize, and transform educational content data for design automation workflows

Optimize and script InDesign templates for automated population while ensuring design integrity

Qualifications

Strong experience with Adobe InDesign scripting (JavaScript / ExtendScript) and automation workflows

Proficiency in data processing and transformation (Excel, Python, JavaScript, or similar)

Understanding of AI / LLM capabilities for content processing and data cleaning

Experience working with structured data formats (CSV, JSON, XML) and spreadsheets

Design sensibility to maintain visual quality and layout integrity in automated workflows
