Workload : Remote majority of time, on-site only during rare system downtime

Compensation :

Base Salary : $592,997

wRVU Bonus : $13.13 per wRVU over 11,229

Value-Based Incentive : Up to 5% of base salary

Estimated Total Comp : $675,000 at 14,000 wRVUs

Extra Shifts : $440-$550 / hour

Other : 2-year shareholder track available

Day Shift Role

Schedule : Monday-Friday + 13 weekend call days / year

Compensation :

Incentive : Annual reconciliation model (less tied to productivity)

Call : 13 weekend days / year
