About the Role
As a Bank Teller, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing friendly, accurate, and efficient service. You'll assist with a wide range of banking needs—from opening accounts to guiding members through loan applications—while ensuring compliance and promoting financial products that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
Assist members with account services including checking, savings, IRAs, trust and estate accountsProcess consumer, mortgage, equity loan, overdraft protection, and credit card applicationsAnalyze and resolve issues related to member accounts and loansHandle cash and negotiable instruments securely and accuratelyIdentify opportunities to cross-sell products and deepen member relationshipsPerform platform banking functions and support branch operationsProvide guidance and support to Level I team membersEnsure compliance with federal and financial regulationsMay assist with vault opening, closing, and balancing proceduresMay serve as a Branch Office and / or ATM vault custodianPerform other duties as assignedSkills & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED requiredAt least 1 year of experience as a Bank Teller or in the financial services industryStrong customer service and communication skillsDetail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentFamiliarity with banking products and servicesUnderstanding of financial regulations and compliance standardsWillingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced settingSalary, Benefits & Eligibility
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 / hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
