Job Summary

The Vacation Package Sales Sr. Agent works with popular local attractions such as ports malls or theme parks and attends events such as trade shows festivals and conferences to connect with the public as a brand ambassador for Travel this sales-based role engages in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience. Invites and incentivizes guests to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations.

How Youll Shine :

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Leading by example setting the pace breaking records and pushing our limits beyond our best days (80%)
• Keeping the team motivated and the chat filled with positive energy throughout the day (5%)
• Assisting with Take Overs (TOs) when needed (5%)
• Posting team scores at the end of their shift (5%)
• Providing mentorship to new reps when assigned (5%)

Compensation

The hourly rate for this role is $21.18 - $21.18 plus commissions and bonuses.
