As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. This driving post requires a valid driver's license. You will remain visible throughout the property, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly with visitors and tenants, all while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and a people-first culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns within the location.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and/or tenants while representing Allied Universal.
• Document incidents, observations, and/or activities according to company and client protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
