A company is looking for a Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage job postings on online job boards and social media

Source and evaluate candidates while maintaining relationships with clients and candidates

Participate in community networking events and facilitate the hiring process

Required Qualifications

Associates Degree required, Bachelor's preferred

0-4 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition

Proficiency in database management and record keeping

Ability to maintain confidentiality in human resources work

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ATS software
