Are you a strategic and hands-on leader with a passion for optimizing credit and collections operations? A well-established, multi-state organization is seeking a skilled Credits & Collections Supervisor to lead a high-performing team and drive financial performance through effective credit risk management and collections strategy.
This role is ideal for a resilient and analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced, acquisition-driven environment. The selected candidate will oversee daily collections operations, manage credit policies, and ensure compliance with internal controls and industry regulations. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on cash flow and financial health.
Lead and mentor a team of collections professionals, ensuring alignment with performance metrics and service standards.
Oversee credit and collections processes, including escalations, aging reports, and bad debt reserves.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, sales, and operations to support business continuity and customer satisfaction.
Manage lien processes, credit approvals, and third-party collections within established thresholds.
Utilize data analytics to refine collection strategies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Play a key role in ERP migrations, acquisition integrations, and system upgrades.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance standards, and risk mitigation protocols.
✅ Qualifications
Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in credit and collections, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
Background in HVAC, construction, or related industries is highly desirable.
Proficiency in ERP systems (F&O preferred), Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and Macros), and case management tools.
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Experience navigating change, including acquisitions and system transitions.
Pay Details : $95,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
