Senior Training Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Training Specialist to design and deliver engaging training programs for employees.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement interactive training for new hires and current employees

Design curriculum and facilitation materials aligned with training outcomes

Facilitate virtual training sessions and monitor classroom performance

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent

3-5 years of experience in training delivery and instructional design

Proficiency with the ADDIE model and / or Six Disciplines of Breakthrough Learning

Experience facilitating virtual training sessions

Bachelor's Degree preferred
