• Client is looking for a forward-thinking and collaborative Experience Architect to join our team.
• Reporting to the Manager, Experience Architecture, the Experience Architect will act as a liaison between business partners and internal teams to ensure strategic application vision, user experience success, and the development of Human-Centered Design (HCD) delivery process maps.
• The successful candidate will drive the adoption and delight of systems use by aligning business needs with process solutions.
