The Role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Lead / Key Holder to support store leadership in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience. In this role, you'll open and close the store, lead the team in the absence of the Store or Assistant Store Manager, and act as a role model on the sales floor. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their retail career and grow with a global brand entering the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, ensuring proper procedures are followed for security, cash handling, and daily operations.
• Lead the team during shifts, providing direction and support to achieve sales and service goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by embodying the Subdued lifestyle and values.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members, reinforcing company standards and expectations.
• Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards on the sales floor.
• Assist with stock management, including replenishment and back-of-house organization.
• Act as a point of contact for resolving customer issues in the absence of store leadership.
