Design Advisor | Bath & Shower Solutions (Northern Michigan)

BathWorks of Michigan, the fastest-growing Jacuzzi® dealer in the nation, is expanding across Northern Michigan and looking for driven, people-focused individuals to join our Design Team.

As a Design Advisor, you'll meet with homeowners who are ready to remodel and help them create beautiful, functional bathroom spaces using trusted Jacuzzi® products. If you have experience in customer service, retail, or design—or simply have a passion for helping people and want a professional career with growth—this could be the perfect fit.

We provide the appointments, training, and tools you need to succeed. You bring the drive, communication skills, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

Conduct in-home design consultations with homeowners ready to remodel

Present Jacuzzi® bath and shower solutions with confidence and care

Guide customers through design options that match their needs, style, and budget

Follow a proven sales and design process that leads to real results

Who You Are

Outgoing, confident, and comfortable connecting with people

Experience in sales, design, or customer service is helpful but not required

Based in or willing to travel within Alpena, Roscommon, Gaylord, Petoskey, and nearby areas
