Bookkeeper Opportunity In Phoenixville, Pennsylvania

We are looking for a bookkeeper to join our team in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. This is a contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to contribute to financial operations while advancing their career. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing accounts, reconciling transactions, and utilizing QuickBooks to ensure accurate financial records.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate financial records by processing daily transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Utilize QuickBooks to manage and organize financial data efficiently.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.
• Monitor and process invoices, payments, and expense reports with attention to detail.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Identify discrepancies in financial records and resolve them promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline bookkeeping processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide support during audits by organizing required documentation and records.
