Position Overview :
The graphic design intern will create digital and printed assets for multiple projects across the CharacterStrong brand and sub-brands. From formatting lesson slides and designing worksheets to developing contextual graphics and illustrations to help teach concepts to students, this role provides a range of far-reaching impact in the education space.

Internship Responsibilities :
Work with a fast-paced, highly efficient, remote team balancing multiple projectsUse Figma, Adobe, and other design programs to develop high-quality digital artworkUse technical skills to create on-brand children's illustrationsDesign vector assets for lessons, print materials, and marketing emailsWork with the design and curriculum team to problem-solve and execute on creative visionCreate innovative presentation templates using online softwareRequest feedback and make revisions as needed to create beautiful, visually interesting designsOther miscellaneous tasks that support our team and the educators we serve!Required Qualifications :
Minimum educational requirement of one year of college or equivalent requiredPrior experience in graphic design and other creative outletsA desire to create excellent, beautiful, meaningful things, always striving under a 1% better mentalityFluency in Adobe software and other design platforms such as Canva, Figma, and slides.comAn online portfolio of quality work. It should demonstrate conceptual and critical thinking, and an eye for visual design, type + layout hierarchy, and illustrationAbility to self-direct and clearly communicate on a fully remote teamAbility to receive and implement feedback effectivelyHours and Compensation :
