Vice President for Enrollment Management
Responsible for providing and administering a comprehensive system of student services to support students as they enter and progress through the education programs at the college to include supervision of the overall operation of Enrollment Management Services, Testing Services, Special Populations, Financial Aid, Student Recruitment, Registrar and Student Records, Veterans / Military Services, Special Workforce Services, Student Activities, Student Data Management and other related departments. The incumbent will provide the vision, leadership, strategic direction and student services expertise to assist the President in attaining the College's enrollment and institutional goals. The successful candidate will follow Technical College System of Georgia guidelines, as well as local, state and federal policies and procedures. Will establish and maintain working relationships with community leaders, local boards, and federal and state audit / regulatory bodies. The Vice President for Enrollment Management is responsible for fostering the commitment to student success by actively developing, implementing, and maintaining programs that support student learning and promote student growth. The incumbent must represent the college in a manner which supports the values, mission, goals, and standard of professional conduct associated with the Technical College System of Georgia.

SUMMARY OF WORKING CONDITIONS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS A Bachelor’s degree from an academic institution accredited by an institutional accrediting agency recognized by the United States Department of Education in educational leadership, vocational administration, counseling, or a closely related area of assignment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS In addition to meeting all other minimum qualifications, the highly desired candidate will possess the following : 3+ years supervisory experience in an upper management position with a college or university within the University System of GA or Technical College System of GA. This management experience should be directly related to Enrollment Management, Student Affairs or a closely related unit / area. The preferred candidate will also have extensive experience and knowledge of supervising, monitoring and mentoring several departments / areas at one time.
SALARY / BENEFITS Salary is commensurate with education and experience. This position is full‐time and includes standard State of GA benefits such as leave accrual, options for health & other supplemental benefits, and retirement. This position may qualify the successful candidate for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program This position is funded in whole or in part by State / Local / Tuition funds.
