Responsibilities Work in the Critical Care Float pool within a hospital environment Float between various critical care units as needed Night shifts with a 3x12 hours schedule (18 : 45 - 07 : 15) Works every other weekend and every other holiday Uses Epic EMR, experience preferred Responsible for providing care to critical care patients across multiple units as assigned Required to make up any missed shifts at the end of the assignment Pre-start online modules must be completed, with additional orientation modules provided 3rd party education verification required for all applicants Holiday coverage is assigned on an every other holiday basis Requirements Active MA RN license required at time of application Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Experience with Epic EMR preferred Must provide two references, one from a Nurse Manager or higher No prior disciplinary actions on nursing license accepted Must live at least 200 miles from the facility for consideration Successful completion of pass / fail EKG (Tele) test required during orientation (one attempt only, 80% passing score) Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-640614.
