What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior within the financial institution setting.

Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to staff and visitors.

Assist with access control procedures to help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas.

Collaborate with Allied Universal management and client representatives to address security-related matters as needed.

Minimum Requirements :

Have 1 or more years of law enforcement experience, or 2 or more years of security supervisor or manager experience, or 3 or more years of security-related experience.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

CPR and / or first aid certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
