Job descriptionInvoice Customers - Generate and send invoices. Record Payments - Track and apply incoming payments. Monitor Accounts - Ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue invoices. Reconcile Accounts - Match payments with invoices and resolve discrepancies. Process Credit Applications - Evaluate customer credit terms. Maintain Records & Reports - Update accounts and prepare AR reports. Coordinate with Departments - Work with sales, finance, and customer service. 3+ years of relevant experience Real estate Experience preferred Yardi System experience is a must
