Job Description

Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documents to determine project scope and requirements. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information. Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering recommendations. Maintain and update historical cost data for future reference and benchmarking. Support the construction department in bid preparation and submissions. Monitor market trends, material costs, and labor rates to ensure competitive pricing. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and budgets.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Construction Estimator should have :
