Real Estate Marketing Coordinator

A company is looking for a Real Estate CRM & Marketing Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily CRM operations to ensure client data accuracy and organization

Conduct lead audits and monitor CRM activity for follow-up opportunities

Support the creation of marketing materials and assist with social media content planning

Required Qualifications

Proven experience with CRM management, preferably Follow Up Boss or similar

Experience with Zillow Flex and Premier

Experience in marketing support, content creation, and collateral development

Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Experience supporting real estate or professional services teams is preferred
