Schedule : Shifts are assigned after orientation. Most openings are for night shift, but flexibility is required.

Experience Required : Minimum 1 year in inpatient psych, behavioral health, or correctional setting.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in an inpatient psychiatric / correctional setting. The ideal candidate is compassionate, adaptable, and confident working with individuals experiencing acute behavioral and mental health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in an inpatient psych or correctional environment.
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and administer prescribed treatments.
• Monitor patient behavior, physical condition, and responses to treatment.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, and support staff.
• Assist with medication administration and adherence to facility protocols.
• Respond to medical and psychiatric emergencies following established procedures.
• Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
