With 28 physicians and 10 CRNAs, our team blends deep experience with collaboration and adaptability. We’re seeking a permanent Cardiac Anesthesiologist who values autonomy, collegiality, and the opportunity to practice in a high‑acuity, well‑supported environment.

Position Highlights

Schedule : Minimum of 1 week / month

Case Mix : ~25% cardiac cases

Call Structure (optional) :

1st call from hospital

2nd / 3rd call from home

Cardiac and general call options available

Guaranteed post‑call time off

What We’re Looking For

MD or DO; BC / BE in Anesthesiology

TEE certification required

Connecticut medical license (active or eligible)

Clean DEA and background

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary : $500K–$550K with full call schedule

Health insurance, malpractice coverage, profit sharing, 401(k)

Retention bonus available
