Job Summary :

Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment by performing a variety of housekeeping and light maintenance tasks throughout the facility.

Qualifications :

1–2 years of housekeeping or related experience preferred

Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Commitment to following all safety protocols and procedures

Primary Responsibilities :

Duties include, but are not limited to :

Clean and maintain work and living areas (dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming)

Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas

Refill and restock supplies such as hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels

Wash and maintain cleaning textiles (e.g., kitchen napkins, floor rags, dusters)

Remove trash and recyclables from designated areas

Perform minor maintenance tasks (e.g., unclog sinks, replace toilet seats)

Track inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when needed

Perform scheduled deep cleanings and disinfection as required

Physical Requirements :

Regularly required to use hands and arms; must be able to talk and hear clearly

Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

Occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance

Must be able to lift and / or move objects weighing 10–50 lbs

Visual abilities required include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision, as well as the ability to focus
