As a reemployment processor, you will be assisting customers who are going through a significant change in their lifeapplying for reemployment. You will have your own case load to manage that requires timely and accurately performed tasks according to benefit plan rules. You will :

• Review, process, and communicate formal decisions on request for evaluation of reemployment forms
• Review reports for compliance
• Verify system and logs have been updated to reflect the correct retiree information
• Answer requests for information over the phone, in writing, and in person
• Prepare and submit benefit appeals
• Provide weekly and monthly production reports
