Industrial Project Manager
Columbus, OH | $110K–$160K base + profit sharing & performance bonuses
An award-winning, Central Ohio-based GC with a strong history in commercial construction is growing its industrial division and seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale jobs in the $50M–$60M range. Current projects include ground-up manufacturing, warehouse, and storage facilities — and this is your chance to take ownership of high-impact builds while working with one of the region's most respected contractors.
What You'll Do
- Lead all aspects of project management from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
- Establish and track schedules, coordinating closely with field teams and subcontractors
- Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals to keep documentation accurate and up to date
- Partner with Superintendents to monitor field progress and resolve challenges in real time
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
