About the Role

The Managing Director - Transaction Advisory Services will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s due-diligence and transaction support engagements across buy-side and sell-side mandates—guiding teams through financial analysis, quality of earnings reviews, working capital assessments, and operating-model validations. You will build and maintain deep client relationships with private equity firms, strategic acquirers and corporate boards, act as a trusted advisor throughout the transaction lifecycle, and collaborate with deal teams, legal / tax advisors and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions that drive decision-making. Additionally, you will be responsible for business development and growth : originating opportunities, preparing pitch materials, closing new clients, mentoring and developing junior and mid-level professionals, and contributing to the strategic direction of the TAS practice.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' progressive experience in transaction advisory services, financial due diligence or related advisory roles, including proven leadership of complex engagements and a track record of generating significant revenue (e.g., $3 M+ annual) from new and existing client relationships. Familiarity with middle-market dynamics and deal structures, excellent analytical and communication skills, ability to direct and mentor teams, and strong business-development instincts are required. A CPA, CFA or MBA is preferred.
