Job Title : #2 Multifamily Superintendent (Front End - Concrete & Framing)

Location :  Oceanside, CA

Employment Type :  Full-Time

Compensation :  Base Salary - $130K-$150K + 20% Bonus

About Us

We are a on of the country's top multifamily builder / developers with a large presence in California and a solid pipeline of projects over the next 10 years between San Diego County and South Orange County.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced  #2 Multifamily Superintendent  to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience on the front end of the project - framing / concrete.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support the Superintendent in overseeing all field activities on assigned multifamily construction projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely material deliveries and efficient workflow.
  • Monitor project schedules, identify delays, and recommend solutions to stay on track.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and quality standards.
  • Assist with daily reporting, site inspections, and documentation.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe job site.
  • Communicate regularly with project management and site teams to relay progress and resolve issues.
  • Support punch list completion and project closeout activities.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of multifamily construction experience
  • Working knowledge of construction means, methods, and safety regulations.
  • BlueBeam and ProCore Experience
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar) is a plus.
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
