• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to orthopedic patients pre- and post-operatively
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, assess pain levels, and evaluate patient progress
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, physical therapists, and support staff to coordinate patient care plans
• Provide patient and family education on recovery, mobility, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies and standards
• Participate in orthopedic rounds and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure infection control, safety, and comfort standards are consistently met
• Assist with dressing changes, traction care, neurovascular checks, and mobility assistance
