Compensation : $115,000 - $130,000 per year (depending on experience)

Location : Bay Area, CA (On-site at our office, clients' homes, and jobsites)

Timeline Design+Build is seeking a visionary Lead Architect to guide the design and execution of high-end custom residential projects. This role requires both creativity and precision - you'll be responsible for translating client visions into timeless architectural solutions while ensuring designs meet the highest standards of functionality, sustainability, and beauty. From initial concept to project completion, the Lead Architect will collaborate with clients, engineers, and internal design-build teams to deliver homes that define excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Leadership

Develop and present innovative architectural concepts aligned with client needs and regulatory standards.

Direct all phases of project development, including planning, design, documentation, and construction administration.

Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients by understanding their vision and goals.

Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, local building codes, and sustainability requirements.

Mentor and support team members while fostering a collaborative, creative, and solutions-driven environment.

Incorporate sustainable design principles and emerging technologies into projects.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Revit.
