Business Undergraduate Intern, Summer 2026

Participation in the internship program requires that you are located and have legal authorization to work in the United States for the duration of the internship program. For internship opportunities in the location where you are eligible for summer work authorization, please check google.com / students. Please note that applications for this program will be considered for multiple functions based across the United States. Timeline + Application : Please complete your application by November 21st.

Interviews : Will occur on a rolling basis through March 2026.

Internship : 12 consecutive weeks starting in May or June 2026.

This internship program is intended for students that are in their penultimate year of a Bachelor's degree program (depending on their program and unique circumstances). We will review applications and interview candidates on a rolling basis through March 2026. Updates will be provided as the status of applications change in the recruiting process. Candidates will be matched with teams based on their background and skills.

Minimum Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program.

Preferred Qualifications

Currently attending a bachelor's degree program in the US and available to complete a full-time, consecutive 12-week internship between May and September 2026 (exact dates provided at a later point). In penultimate academic year or returning to a bachelors degree program after completion of the internship. Excellent people management and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate an ambiguous environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and interest in taking on business problems. Interest in the technology industry and Google's business.

About the Job

The Business Undergraduate Internship Program is a paid summer internship for undergraduate college students that are interested in working in non-technical career opportunities at Google. Business Undergraduate Interns are placed on teams across the company in fields of work within Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Program Management. Their work is core to Google and varies in scope and in length ranging from the day-to-day core work of a full-time Googler to a single long-term project lasting the duration of the internship. Business Undergraduate Interns also participate in targeted training and experiences and have the opportunity to take advantage of the learning and development programs and support systems that Google offers. This includes 1 : 1 mentorship, a unique speaker series with company leadership, custom learning and development sessions, and opportunities to create community.

  • Program Management : Overseeing day-to-day progress on large-scale projects, owning planning, execution, and communications.
  • Finance : Fuel our moonshots by devising innovative solutions to complex problems in forecasting, accounting, compliance, and project management.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $58,000-$74,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
