Job descriptionActive Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license CLT certification (ACOLS, Klose, Norton, or equivalent) , prior lymphedema treatment experience (sign-on bonus eligibility) Minimum 1 year home health experience Strong documentation and time management skills Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to bend, stoop, and squat as part of treatment Medical, Dental, Vision (multiple plan options) PTO accrual + 10 vacation days / year 401(k) plan CEU support via CEU360 Short- and long-term disability insurance Flexible scheduling (2430 visits / week) Clinical ladder growth opportunities

$92,482$105,000 annually | Full-Time | W-2 | Flexible Schedule
Provide in-home therapy with structured caseloads, mentorship, and flexible scheduling.
Join our dedicated team as a Physical Therapist (PT) providing in-home lymphedema care. Unlike traditional home health, this position focuses exclusively on chronic lymphatic dysfunction, with structured caseloads and mentorship.
Candidates with CLT certification and prior lymphedema treatment experience will qualify for a $10,000 sign-on bonus (with 2-year commitment).
Not yet CLT-certified, but do you have experience with lymphedema? Lets talk!
Compensation
- $92K$105K annually ($61$70 / hour depending on CLT certification)
- Non-treatment rate : $12 / hour (documentation, driving, meetings)
- Paid documentation at point-of-care (+10 minutes / visit)
- $10K sign-on + relocation bonus for CLT-certified lymphedema-experienced candidates
