??The Mindful Lemon is looking for passionate, experienced associate therapists to join our growing practice full time!

We are a full service, virtual behavioral health provider specializing in maximizing the benefits of the therapeutic relationship while increasing access to care, decreasing the administrative burden to clinicians, and focusing on mindfulness, the mind-body connection, health and wellness.

DUTIES:

• Provide ongoing, weekly virtual therapy sessions to a variety of clients
• Conduct a minimum of 27 billable sessions per week
• Complete all required documentation assessment, treatment plan, progress notes
• Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team, our licensed clinical care navigation team, and our administrative care support team

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be Registered Behavioral Health Practitioner in the State of California

(APCC, AMFT, ACSW, Registered Psychological Assistant)

Must have accrued a minimum of 2000 experience hours.

Must adhere to all industry legal and ethical standards.

Must have secure, HIPAA compliant space to provide telehealth sessions.

Must be available for 40 hour work-week

COMPENSATION:

$65,000 annually (Associate Master's Level Clinician)
