Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - $637 per week

Schedule 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM and 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM shifts available. Job Description The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) will provide care in a variety of settings including acute care, NICU / PICU, adult acute and critical care, and may also cover the Emergency Department. The therapist will work as part of a team of 14-16 RRTs, managing patient ratios of 1 : 25 for acute care and 1 : 8 for critical care. The therapist will utilize equipment such as Drager V500 and VN500, Hamilton T1 and C1, and Respironics devices, among others. Responsibilities Provide respiratory therapy to patients of all ages in various departments. Utilize advanced ventilators and technology for patient care. Participate in patient education and family support. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Manage emergencies and provide immediate care as required. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as an RRT in a tertiary, teaching hospital setting. Current BLS certification is required; ACLS and NRP for NICU are preferred. Valid RRT license and ability to float to NICU / PICU as needed. Why ARMStaffing?
