Finance admin assistant- FT Greenfield / hybrid remote
Wonderful full time opportunity to join LifePath’s finance team.- This position is responsible for all facets of finance admin support in a busy non profit. The position serves as an integral support in all functions of the finance department including : accounts payable, billing, accounts receivable, and general bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate will have :
Computer proficiency
Excellent attention to detail & time management skills
Financial mathematical competence
Strong communication skills
Sound problem solving & decision making
Ability to excel in autonomous work & work well with others
Associates degree in accounting preferred or two years of relevant experience. Practical knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cash receipts, and bank account reconciliation required. Training will be on site for the first three months of employment with the opportunity to work hybrid remote after successfully completing the training period.
This is a M-F 35 hour work week position that pays $24 per hr. Compassionate, inclusive company culture and excellent hybrid work environment.
