CRNA needed in Boise, IDPractice Setting : Hospital basedTrauma Level : IIShifts : 8 or 10 or 12-hour day shifts.Call : Weekend call work (pager, not in-house)Case Mix : Trauma cases - Spinal blocks (no regional anesthesia). Must be proficient in OB care and working independently. Patient Demographic : Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric. 90% of the patients are over the age of 12.# of OR's : 17 MOR, 7 DSC, plus specials, cath labs, endo, radiology Staffing Mix / Supervision : Independent EMR System : EPICCredentialing Time-Frame : 90 daysRate : $190-$205 / hr OT Rate : $205-$220 / hrWeeknight Call : $350 flat per nightly call shift + OT hourly rate for each hour called inWeekend Call : $700 flat per 24-hour call shift + OT hourly rate for each hour called inCRNA, ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA, CSR and ID license required
