Job Summary

The Director of Solutions Engineering is responsible for building and leading the Solutions Engineering function within Compass Digital. This role focuses on creating scalable processes, foundational tools, and best practices that ensure consistency, efficiency, and excellence in technical presales across the organization. The Director serves as a strategic leader and mentor for the Solutions Engineer (SE) team, ensuring seamless collaboration with Digital Strategy, Product, and Delivery to drive successful client outcomes and solution adoption.

Core Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Strategy

• Design and implement the foundational structure of the Solutions Engineering function, including workflows, engagement models, and documentation standards.
• Define KPIs, success metrics, and reporting for SE performance and impact.
• Create a scalable operating model to support strategy teams across business sectors.
• Develop tools, templates, and documentation to drive consistency across all technical presales activities.
