A company is looking for a Manager, Delivery Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Production Manager team, hiring and mentoring high-performing individuals
Drive operational excellence by overseeing project planning and ensuring timely delivery of customer datasets
Collaborate cross-functionally to align on delivery challenges and optimize processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in delivery operations, program management, or related fields
1-3 years of people leadership experience
Proven ability to drive process improvements and manage complex projects
Experience in customer-facing delivery or field operations is a plus
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
