Behavior Technician - Make an Impact in Mountain View School District

Location : El Monte, CA & Surrounding Areas

Schedule : Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 3 PM

Pay : $21-$25 / hour (based on experience)

Start Date : ASAP

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide one-on-one and group behavior support to students
  • Implement proven ABA strategies to help students learn and grow
  • Assist in crisis intervention and support positive behavior development
  • Maintain accurate records and data collection to track progress
  • Help students build independent skills for lifelong success
  • Work side-by-side with teachers and behavioral specialists to create a supportive environment

    • What You Need to Join the Team

  • High school diploma required
  • Experience in behavior intervention preferred (but passion goes a long way!)
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Eager to learn and make a lasting impact
