General Description

Project / program management for clinical biomarker and translational science projects or programs

Portfolio management within global translational discovery, research and medicine team framework

Essential Functions of the Job

• Manage the development and implementation of clinical biomarker and translational science strategies together with program team to support the global clinical development for both early and late development stage assets
• Align global / regional clinical biomarker and translational science plan development, cross-functional collaboration, and related execution through the global clinical development framework
• Provide strategic and operational guidance, financial stewardship, and milestone tracking of related clinical biomarker and / or translational science activities and projects
• Develop, track, and manage the progress of the global clinical biomarker and translational science projects or activities to defined timelines, assure alignment with global clinical development timelines as applicable
• Identify project / program risks with team, develop mitigations and drive for resolution of project or program issues
• Lead planning and tracking efforts related to internal global / regional project or program team meetings, drive strategic team decision-making and delivery of team goals and objectives.
• Support collaboration with internal teams on the planning, tracking, and execution of deliverables related to scientific expert input and related activities
• Serve as liaison with leaders of cross-functional stakeholders within global translational discovery, research and medicine team, lead the establishment and harmonization of clinical biomarker and translational science related processes, identify needs for process improvements, and lead change management initiatives

Salary Range : $142,200.00 - $192,200.00 annually

Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
