Care Delivery Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to AccordCare clients in accordance with the Plan of Care
• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and daily living activities
• Perform basic healthcare services, including obtaining vital signs and providing medication reminders
• Assist with light housekeeping

Requirements

• Valid CNA and/or HHA certification, as applicable
• Current CPR certification, online courses not accepted
• TB Test or Chest X-ray within the last 6 months
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

This role requires screening through the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
