Product Marketing Manager

Our client, a financial services organization serving the agricultural industry, is seeking a product marketing manager to join their growing team. This role offers a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days per week onsite. As a product marketing manager, youll play a key role in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that connect with consumers in the agricultural space. Youll collaborate across teams to bring campaigns to life and explore new marketing strategies to drive results.

Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for integrated campaign development, leading execution across channels including direct mail, email, paid digital & social, print, and events, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, making adjustments to optimize results, collaborating with sales enablement and marketing teams including events & education, digital, brand & creative, and marketing operations, exploring new marketing trends and approaches, and supporting initiative planning, project prioritization, and budget management.

Ideal candidates have proven experience in marketing and advertising, ideally within financial services, direct-to-consumer marketing expertise across email, digital, social, print, and direct mail, strong written communication skills, familiarity with the agricultural industry and seasonal marketing cycles, comfort presenting to peers and stakeholders, and skill at managing multiple projects at various stages of development.

This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
