We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to drive the organization’s digital evolution by taking full ownership of our marketing data and digital ecosystem. What You’ll Do:
- Own the strategy and roadmap for marketing data and digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and executive priorities.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, IT, marketing, and external partners to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.
- Oversee and optimize marketing technology, AI/ML initiatives, and analytics platforms, ensuring actionable insights and measurable performance improvements.
- Develop business cases, strategic roadmaps, and executive-ready presentations to communicate vision, impact, and priorities to senior leadership.
- Guide initiative prioritization by balancing strategic impact, feasibility, and value, focusing on high-leverage opportunities.
- Leverage insights from integrated data across multiple sources to inform marketing strategy and drive measurable outcomes.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging trends in digital solutions, AI/ML, marketing technology, and analytics, continuously innovating to maintain competitive advantage.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree a plus.
- 8+ years of experience leading product management, marketing data, or digital solutions initiatives, with proven ownership of strategy and delivery.
- Experience in healthcare or academic medical center environments strongly preferred.
- Deep expertise in marketing technology ecosystems, Agile/SCRUM methodologies, and AI/ML-enabled tools.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Azure, Power BI, Teradata, LiveRamp, Databricks, DOMO, and Snowflake.
- Proven ability to influence and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and analytical skills that drive execution and measurable outcomes.
- Must reside within commutable distance to Mountain View, CA.
