Join our Pre-Operative Assessment Clinic as a full-time Nurse Practitioner, where youll work independently as a key clinical expert within a supportive, well-established, and mission-driven team. Youll collaborate daily with a wide range of medical and surgical specialties to ensure patients are optimally prepared for upcoming procedures, contributing to safe, high-quality care across the perioperative continuum.
Key Responsibilities :
Provides professional service to patients in the assigned practice and demonstrates regard for the dignity of all patients, guests and associatesPerforms and documents assessments and data collection in an ongoing, timely, accurate, concise and systematic manner while accommodating unexpected changes in patient statusDelegates and coordinates tasks and duties of the healthcare team.Renders all services promptly and diligently in accordance with professional and ethical standards of the medical community and scope of practice in which the provider practices.Uses effective communication skills taking into consideration body language, filters, listening, paraphrasing, and questions with customers of diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.Required Qualifications :
Graduate from a Nurse Practitioner training programCurrent Oregon Board of Medical Examiners, unlimited NP licenseFulfills requirements of hospital medical staff credentialing process.Maintains active staff membership in good standing with the medical staff of the hospital with all privileges and responsibilities accorded such membership.American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLSOur Competitive Benefit Offerings
