Job Title : Project Manager – Commercial Construction (Petrochemical Facility)

Location : Baton Rouge, LA

Employment Type : Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects within petrochemical / industrial facilities. This role requires deep knowledge of industrial construction practices, regulatory compliance, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams in high-risk environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects within petrochemical / industrial environments, from planning to closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, subcontractors, vendors, and facility stakeholders.
• Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, EPA, and facility-specific safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, and installation of materials and equipment.
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
• Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with working in petrochemical / industrial environments.
