Your Impact at Lila

We're seeking a Campus Recruiting Specialist to build and scale Lila's internship, residency, and co-op programs in 2026 and beyond. Based in Boston, you'll establish a repeatable and high-impact recruiting function that connects students and emerging scientists to our mission. You'll be both a program builder and a trusted partner to hiring teams, ensuring Lila becomes a top destination for early career talent.

The Role

• Lead and expand Lila's internship, residency, and co-op programs, creating structured and impactful experiences.
• Build partnerships with Boston-area universities, research labs, and career centers.
• Represent Lila at career fairs, info sessions, hackathons, and networking events.
• Partner with hiring managers to define early talent needs and build strong pipelines.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment for interns and residents sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Design scalable process improvements to streamline hiring and enhance candidate experience.
• Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (hiring volume, diversity, conversion, satisfaction).
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on program evaluation and continuous evolution.
