About the Role :

As a Seasonal Tax Associate, you will work onsite at a TurboTax location, providing both in-person and virtual support to customers utilizing Intuit TurboTax products. Your extensive tax knowledge will enable you to offer comprehensive tax return preparation, personalized tax advice, calculations, and software support. Connecting personally with each customer is crucial to alleviating the stress of tax season and ensuring their needs are met, from simple W2 filings to complex scenarios like business income and investment taxes.

You will also play a significant role in expanding TurboTax's client base within your community by fostering long-term relationships and enhancing customer loyalty. Rest assured, TurboTax provides essential tools and support to set you up for success.

What You'll Do :
