Job Summary :

Supermicro is looking for a Sr. Solution Architect – Enterprise to drive deliverables from beginning to end for our Enterprise customers on Supermicro Systems Management Software. In this role, the candidate should be able to understand customer environments and requirements, create architectural designs, identify gaps, and manage & drive solutions for our customers. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration between all stakeholders.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Build strong credibility with customers and ensure a positive, productive experience with Supermicro solutions

Develop and maintain reference materials such as user documentation, troubleshooting guides, scripts, and runbooks

Improve internal processes to enhance efficiency for both customers and internal product teams

Collaborate with product, production, sales, and field technical teams to advocate for customer needs

Partner with internal development teams to drive product and process improvements based on customer feedback

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

At least 8 years of experience in Server Management technologies in data centers, solution architecture, product management, software development, field support teams or related roles

Experience working with Day1 and Day2 server management operations, Redfish RESTful APIs, enterprise networking topologies, playbooks, and enterprise security infrastructure such as LDAP / AD

Experience in architecting end‑to‑end solutions and systems management frameworks for private cloud‑based offerings

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in customer‑facing technical roles on software products

Strong understanding of consumer environments and troubleshooting methodologies

Salary Range :

$150,000 – $175,000 (location, level, experience, and other factors considered)

In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
