Job descriptionPerform inspections, diagnostics, and full-scale repairs on refrigeration units and APUs for a wide range of commercial fleet vehicles. Collaborate daily with Service Writers, leadership team, the parts department, drivers, vendors, and customers Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to explain findings and provide recommendations. Submit accurate and timely paperwork, ensuring every job is documented to company standards.
