Medical Assistant

BJK People's Health Center is always looking to hire Medical Assistant in our PED's, Internal medicine, and Women's Health Department. In addition to the duties listed, all opportunities require a passion to serve the community.

Medical Assistants assist the physician or professional nurse in various tasks. Proficient in completing accurate vital signs and phlebotomy, detail oriented, able to deal with diverse clientele, various medical assignments regarding processing patients and paperwork and work in fast paced environment.

EDUCATION : Requires two years of consecutive work experience in women's health, internal medicine, or pediatrics in a primary healthcare facility, large private office or hospital. Must have an active CPR card.
