Develops, coordinates, and maintains Physical Therapy services in collaboration with physicians, primary partners, and patient / family.

We are hiring for Physical Therapist position in the Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK!

Per Diem, 0.01 FTE, Day Shift, Hours Per Week as needed

Required qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy. Or
• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy. Or
• D.P.T in Physical Therapy.
• upon hire : Alaska Physical Therapist License.
• upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
