Order Fulfillment & Operations Manager
TrueTimber Outdoors is a design, distribution, and sourcing company, with over 100 employees, located in Inman, SC. The company specializes in apparel, textiles, marine components, hydrographic film and outdoor recreational accessories. We are currently seeking an Order Fulfillment & Operations Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of all customer orders within the company's ERP system (NetSuite) and ensures that every order is processed accurately, tracked diligently, and fulfilled on time by coordinating with sales, production, and logistics teams. The individual will act as the central point of visibility for order statusproactively identifying delays, monitoring inbound and outbound inventory, and communicating updates to both internal stakeholders and customers.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires a mix of operational oversight, system expertise, and proactive communication.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor all customer orders in NetSuite from entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Utilize reporting and dashboards in Power BI and Excel to provide real-time visibility of order status, backlog, and fulfillment performance.
Partner with sales, production, and logistics teams to obtain required details, resolve order discrepancies, and align priorities.
Provide timely updates to the sales team and customers regarding order status, delays, or changes.
Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and warehouse operations.
Minimum 3 years of experience in order management, operations, supply chain, or a related field.
Willingness to work in both office and warehouse settings to ensure operational visibility.
